A Tallahassee attorney is going to prison for life for molesting his step-daughter more then 25 years ago.
Samuel Register Neel was convicted Friday afternoon. Prosecutors had to prove the crimes occurred before the victim was 12-years-old because there is no statute of limitations for victims under that age. Jurors listened to taped testimony between Neel and his stepd-daughter before convicting him. He'll serve life without parole.
